When the ELO moved its headquarters to Washington State University Vancouver in 2017, boxes of papers arrived with it. Within was a treasure trove of historical records dating back to the organization’s founding in 1999, documentation of its many mission-central activities, evidence of a robust fund-raising and grant-writing agenda in its early years, and many other activities. Included in this virtual collection are a handful of salient documents from all held at The NEXT. A more complete list of the archives can be downloaded from this space.
