"BABA" is a video composed by Alan Sondheim featuring facial scans of Azure Carter. As Sondheim notes, "the piece was created at West Virginia University, the Virtual Environments Laboratory, which we had reinvigorated. Azure Carter is representing a figure in pain and the images convey that from different interrelated angles. It was extremely important to me, as it represented anguish. It was a key piece, thinking about representing war, violence, and so forth." -- From personal communication with the author
