"Dial" is a collaborative project by Nick Montfort and Lai-Tze Fai, which takes the form of "a generative emoji-embedded poem," and represents "networked, distant communication." "The work", writes Lai and Montfort, "is both a dialogue and a representation of monologue over time; time itself can be adjusted using the dials, by clicking the clocks at the bottom of the project." — From New River Journal
