The principle of those attacks is to hit innocent citizens - the more, the better. During the years countless of them died, vanished in anonymity and are forgotten. This Memorial is a place to remember all them, noone will be forgotten." -- Agricola de Cologne

Many artists submitted to the Memorial over a number of years. The artworks relate to various terror attacks in New York, Bali, London, and Madrid.
